The University invites applications from world-leading Chemists for one of three prestigious Chairs. The Chair of Chemistry and the Crum Brown Chair of Chemistry are available in any area of Chemistry but we are seeking to make one appointment in Theoretical Chemistry. The Forbes Chair will be in Organic Chemistry.
These appointments will be in the School of Chemistry, which, together with St Andrews' School of Chemistry forms EaStCHEM, the strongest Chemistry Research School in Scotland and amongst the very best Chemistry Schools in the UK. The School has strength and breadth in fundamental research, strong interactions with industry and world class research support facilities.
